We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join the People & Culture. We are the team that supports, develops, & empowers the people that drive Vroom forward.
Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager, you will be responsible for company-wide payroll processing for employees in multiple states. You will ensure the accuracy & compliance with company policies & legal requirements. You should be highly organized & able to work well under pressure while exhibiting knowledge of payroll processes & wage & hour laws.
