Unified is looking for a highly motivated Associate Account Manager to join our fast-growing company & bring a positive attitude & a curiosity to learn to the account management team. The Associate Account Manager is responsible for working with other members of the Account Management team to make our clients happy. This will include: building out client reporting & insights, developing campaign strategy & ad targeting, & supporting our clients through the day to day client interactions with the Account Management team.
Candidates for this position are expected to excel in relationship building, have strong project management skills, a meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, & the ability to thrive in a fast moving & challenging environment.
Successfully manage & support your account base & new business as the day to day contact for your accounts
Increase revenue & retention rates for your account base & identify opportunities for additional revenue with prospective accounts
Help clients measure their advertising campaign success & ROI by preparing reporting & account documentation
Build positive business relationships with your account base through proactive support, on-site visits, & client education/training
Review client campaigns regularly & make recommendations to ensure success
Need to have:
Exposure to social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest), as well as online marketing & Associate technology
1-2+ years of full-time work experience, preferably 1 year of account management experience in social advertising, digital media or ad-network is required
Experience with Excel with strong analytical skills: must have a demonstrated track record of excellence in analytics, either via past work experience and/ or successful completion of analytic coursework
Strong leadership, presentation, communication, & interpersonal skills
Organizational skills with a focus on quality assurance & process improvement
A team player, willing & able to collaborate with a diverse & dynamic team
Familiarity with working in a small but fast-paced startup company environment
Ability to work under pressure, organize & prioritize responsibilities & client requests
Professional maturity, integrity, discipline & a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box & take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise
Interest in media, technologies, & a desire to keep informed of new trends
Nice to have:
- Expert use of Facebook ads, Twitter ads, or other RTB media buying & optimization tools
- Experience using Excel pivot tables & other presentation software programs, such as Powerpoint
- Experience building presentations & presenting in front of a group of people (whether internal or in front of clients)
- Internship, or full-time position at a tech start-up company
