Were looking for an Employee Experience Manager (Burlington) & Executive Assistant to join us in supporting our US team & office operations. This role reports to the Director of Employee Experience based in New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact. You'll play an instrumental role in ensuring & maintaining a productive work environment & creating the best experience for our employees. You'll plan & execute employee engagement activities, team gatherings, events, happy hours, & more. In addition, you will serve as an Executive Assistant to Similarweb's CRO. 

**Please note that this position is fully on-site in the Burlington, MA office.**

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Act as a primary facilitator & point of contact for new employees through their onboarding experience.
  • Assist Burlington employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience.
  • Develop & execute employee engagement programs, activities, & events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate logistics & administrative needs for ongoing projects & team building activities. 
  • Managing & monitoring Employee Experience & office budgets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees' physical arrival at the office, ensuring a welcoming & professional reception.
  • Ensuring the Burlington office environment is maintained & organized to a high standard (pantry restock, tidy meeting rooms, arranging team lunches etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to Similarweb CRO (Schedule & coordinate meetings, manage & prioritize the executive's calendar, coordinate domestic travel & accommodation)

This is the perfect job for someone who is:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience as an employee experience specialist at a High Tech company.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistance.
  • Flexible & able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic & demanding environment.
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to multitask & prioritize work.
  • Highly organized with attention to details & an outstanding work ethic.
  • Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' & do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Great communication skills: written & verbal.
  • Service oriented, positive, proactive & solutions-focused attitude.
  • Full proficiency in MS office.
  • Strong project management skills.
