About The Team:

The TA team provides exceptional support to our leaders & hiring managers, just like SecurityScorecard does with its customers.  SecurityScorecard is a customer-obsessed organization & it is no different from the TA team.  We drive solutions, hire high-performers & live our company values (Solutions Focused, Customer-Obsessed, One Scorecard, Resilient, Embody SecurityDNA).  

About The Role:

This role requires being onsite in our New York Office one day per week.  This is a contract (non-FTE) role.

What You'll Do:

Youll be tasked with partnering with our recruiters & hiring managers to help build teams & ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.

  • Partner with recruiters & hiring managers & run high-quality searches
  • Responsible for excellent day to day candidate momentum, scheduling & tracker updates
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience via quality communication & timely responses
  • Assist with improving & optimizing the scheduling process
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition Team & other administrative tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of total professional experience as a recruiting coordinator
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
  • Batchelor's degree required
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Self-motivated & growth-oriented personality
  • Comfort with ambiguity & ability to operate independently
  • Willingness to adapt to & embrace changing business priorities
  • Eagerness to educate & engage both stakeholders & colleagues
  • Feel the passion for providing the best possible experience for candidates & internal customers.
  • Experience informing, gaining support, & influencing various stakeholders. Taking time to build helpful relationships, earning the trust of others within the organization
  • Sense of urgency, proactive delivery of communication & follow up

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in process management
  • Strong organizational & prioritization skills
  • Adaptability & strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding & utilizing data to varying degrees; optimizing efficiencies with internal & external tools; maintaining data integrity throughout
