The Marketing Operations Lead role
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely development of every consumer-facing touchpoint produced by the Marketing department. You will be in charge of managing the creative development process for the team -- including, but not limited to, the development of content, display banners, direct mail collateral, tv spots, & other assets. You will serve as the connective tissue across the Acquisition, Lifecycle, & Brand marketing functions. Also, this role will work side by side with Petal's Executive Creative Director & Senior Art Director, & act as the main point of contact to Petal's banking partner & internal Legal & Compliance teams. This agency-like-role requires a passion for organization & relentless attention to hitting deadlines.
This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
