About the Role
We're looking for a talented, knowledgeable & passionate Sr. Director of Product (Outbound) capable of driving customer needs from conception to a reality in state of the art products. You will contribute to making key product decisions that will shape a new product category in the data & privacy protection space & lead a new product line.
Part of your responsibilities will be to manage strategic technology partnerships, understand the joint value add & product integrations & become the face of the company in the industry. You will also be a key for product representative for NA customers to identify needs, shape them into solutions, & support sales & customers success.
In addition, we are looking for a self-starter & thought leader that can help build a strong, positive, & innovative culture from within the small but growing team. You will report to the Co-founder & Head of Product.
What you would be getting into...
- Manage strategic technology partnerships & integration. Represent the company with key product members in the Industry.
- Analyze & recommend new partnerships & business opportunities as moving on with the next trends.
- Lead the customer advisory board, be the company main point of contact to the NA clients, prospect & understand industry trends
- Work closely with the sales, marketing & customer success and be their main product expert
- 20% Travel out to customer & company sites
- 5-10 years of progressive product management experience
- Enterprise Product Experience, Security or Data Management an advantage.
- Customer facing capabilities.
- Data analysis & technical skills big advantage.
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills with the agility to modify based on the audience. Need to be as comfortable explaining our products to either Senior Managers or Engineers.
