You are a career Program Manager, passionate & effective at managing large cross-functional initiatives, essential to Fanatics growth & scale. You thrive in a group setting partnering with engineering, product management & business colleagues. This role will live within the e-commerce tech organization within Fanatics & will function as a key role in successfully delivering large/cross-functional initiatives.
As a Program Manager within the e-commerce tech organization, you will:-
Work with product & other key stakeholders to intake, & scope/shape large cross-functional programs, as well as ongoing re-assessment, refinement of multi phase/year initiatives
Work with engineering, product & business-operations to assess & plan resources required for execution
Drive program execution, including planning, inception, delivery & turnover
Utilize efficient processes to identify & respond to issues, risks as well as scope, schedule changes
Establish forums to effectively communicate program status (milestones, health, decisions, issues, risks) to key stakeholders
Define & manage transition to business & engineering operations ("turnover")
- 2+ years prior experience functioning as a program manager, or project-manager within a medium to large organization
4+ years working within software engineering / technology environment
Accomplished at least 3-4 large cross-functional initiatives
Experience working within an agile delivery environment
- Experience working within retail/e-commerce a plus
Effective & clear communicator
Ability to utilize data to evaluate program health & drive decisions
Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical & problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environment
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
