We're all about product that's all about people.
Product Designers create holistic, human-centered experiences across Etsy's web & native products. They collaborate with small, multidisciplinary teams to empower creative people around the world to buy & sell the things they love.
If that sounds like something you'd be good at, read on.
As a Product Designer on our Trust & Safety team, you'll co-create solutions that help protect the integrity of our marketplace, keeping commerce human & safe for Etsy's customers & for our internal partners. Our team builds & maintains experiences that help buyers know that Etsy's got their back, & that help sellers thrive on our platform by keeping high quality standards.
Through rigorous market & user research, you'll explore, ideate, validate, & build products to support the needs of both sides of our marketplace-our buyers & sellers-and internal partners. You'll build & protect our framework for a new economy; one where people with a passion can connect with others to build a more personal & sustainable future. Simply put, you'll be designing experiences that always put people first.
Day to day, you'll hang with partners from all sorts of disciplines & perspectives. As a senior product designer, you'll actively contribute to a customer-centric design vision, champion our toolkits & guidelines, & own final execution on your team. You'll make decisions informed by research, brand & business goals. So, we'll trust you to champion the audiences you work for, & to maintain a clear understanding of goals throughout the lifecycle of a project.
We, your peer group of designers, will help you craft cohesive UIs that support the product & the larger Etsy brand. We'll help you learn & grow. Hey, we want you to teach us some new tricks. If you're a jack-of-all-trades & a master of one, you'll thrive at Etsy. Also, if you like to have fun. We like fun here.
