As a Sr. Partner Manager, you will be a key member of the Partnerships team to manage & grow relationships with Vimeos partners. We are primarily focused on integrating Vimeos video hosting, management, creation, live streaming, virtual events, screen recording & other offerings on the largest B2B, Enterprise & Consumer technology platforms. Youll manage strategic relationships with a roster of amazing companies, including Meta, Shopify, GoDaddy, Asana, Figma, TikTok, LinkedIn & others.   You will work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines to ensure our partners are positioned for success & to provide the best possible experience for users. You will also initiate & manage the day-to-day operations of the partner relationships, fielding incoming requests, troubleshooting issues, & creating reports to analyze partner performance.

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners 
  • Act as liaison between partners & Vimeos relevant teams, including business development, product.product marketing, marketing & growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing & Growth teams to analyze partner performance & brainstorm optimizations of implementations & best practices
  • Grow partner relationships via optimization of existing integrations, addition of new integrations & ways to market the integration to the partners user base 
  • Build & strengthen partner relationships with ongoing status meetings 
  • Communicate upcoming product changes to partners
  • Work with business development team on expansion opportunities
  • Responsible for coordinating & sending monthly reporting to partners

Skills & Knowledge You Should Possess:

  • 4+ years experience working with strategic partners or customers in a Partner Manager, Account Manager, Business Development or Customer Success role in the technology space, preferably with experience with a SaaS business model
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities & amazing organizational skills
  • A problem solving work style that is collaborative, positive & consultative
  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Experience working with varying partners, both internal & external, & strong client management skills, preferably with experience with strategic product partnerships
  • Comfort working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, & the ability to bring process & structure to a new function at Vimeo 
  • Highly motivated self-starter. Operates with a sense of urgency & values accountability
  • Bachelor's degree 

Targeted Base Salary Range:  $83,000 to $132,500

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
