Confluent is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to help build & deploy innovative, scalable, & value-added compensation programs to support a hyper-growth technology organization. Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, you will support the administration of compensation programs, providing consultation & advice, as well as ensure effective deployment of programs & processes globally.
