Digital Performance Marketing Manager, Global

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. The global marketing team empowers local markets around the world in 20+ offices to translate their acquisition goals into successful digital marketing plans. As a global digital marketing manager, you offer strategic guidance for all paid media channels, including display, social & paid search, provide measurement frameworks, create & evangelize campaign playbooks & support with agency management & selection.

What youll do

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of each local markets acquisition goals & act as a consultant, helping to build & optimize a digital strategy that supports their goals & generates a strong pipeline of marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Manage our media agencies, establishing strong communication, facilitating coordination between our different agencies, ensuring the representation of local markets, making sure spend is on pace, deliverables are on time & performance goals are met
  • Advise on global & local online media spend, including the allocation of spend across different channels & regions
  • Help advance our ABM (account based marketing) strategy to target high value accounts
  • Governance: ensure that we have a unified global digital strategy by working closely with the local markets & their agencies
  • Be up to speed on the latest regulatory changes & emerging technology in digital marketing & educate local markets on what it means for their region & strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital performance globally & partner with local teams to run experiments that drive value for Adyen
  • Alignment with Brand & Design to establish a streamlined creative process for digital campaigns as well as sharing insights & opportunities to improve.

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media campaigns & experience in a B2B technology company
  • Hands on experience with Google analytics, Salesforce a plus
  • Hands on experience with DV360 (or any other Programmatic platform), YouTube, social, SEA
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring & improving the ROI of marketing investments & campaign effectiveness
  • Ideally experience of launching ABM campaigns
  • You have a strong affinity for data, being able to both analyze & present it in a way that drives actionable insights for key stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of which media channels to use in which scenario to reach business outcomes, & knowledge of cross-channel strategies to create synergies between channels
  • Well versed in the awareness, consideration & decision phases & what media channels to leverage at which stage
  • Commercially minded, able to clearly communicate the relationship between marketing results & business outcomes
  • Experience of managing a large media budget across different channels 
  • Collaborative, expected to be a solid communicator (in English) & able to work autonomously
