As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech, you will help scale up our Product, Engineering & Design Team, as we build out our newest product - VTS Rise. Every day you will build & cultivate talent pipelines for our the business' Product & Engineering teams. You will work closely with hiring managers & executives to define hiring processes, create proactive sourcing strategies while layering in diversity, & acting as a strategic thought partner to the business.
To thrive you must have prior demonstrated success hiring tech candidates at a growing company, experience managing the full recruiting cycle - everything from sourcing to scheduling, to negotiating & closing candidates, & understand the importance of looking at our talent acquisition & processes through a DE&I lens.
