The Principal Program Manager will own development & orchestration of enterprise change management across our Go-To-Market (GTM) business units. In this role, you'll partner with leadership to ensure that mission critical objectives are expertly planned & cross-functionally aligned, while driving outcomes across the associated workstreams. As an experienced program owner, you'll focus our motions across the Outreach customer base & geographical locations as the company continues to grow. We'll lean on you to drive GTM launch readiness & enterprise level programs. We'll rely on you to unlock some of the most complex questions our senior leaders want to answer, & you'll have high visibility & impact throughout the business.
The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of GTM Program Management as part of the GTM Business Transformation team.
