To support our rapid business growth, we are building a service & support center in Birmingham, Alabama. The VP & General Manager role will be responsible for the following:
-- Build a service & support center for professional services, customer support, training, & business development.
-- Set up team structure, recruit talents & onboard new hires.
-- Develop enablement programs for the staff & build highly productive teams.
-- Establish operating processes, procedures & performance measures.
-- Provide responsive, high-quality services & support to multiple business functions, including service delivery, customer support, solutions development, business development & sales support.
