Overview
As the Marketing Operations Director, you will be instrumental in executing Rithums global marketing automation strategy by owning the companys marketing technology stack, managing technical campaign execution & establishing tracking & data workflows that drive marketing performance. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a high-performing global team & manage key platforms to optimize & scale our marketing initiatives. Your expertise in B2B SaaS, advanced automation & technical marketing will empower Rithum to elevate marketing performance, streamline operations & deliver measurable results that support our growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute Global Strategy: Shape & implement a global marketing operations & technology structure that aligns with Rithums business objectives driving lead generation, marketing sourced opportunities, marketing qualified leads (MQL), marketing qualified accounts (MQA), pipeline, bookings & customer expansion.
- Design & Manage Campaigns: Provide operational & strategic input by collaborating with other department leads across demand generation, ABM, brand, product & customer marketing. Build & deploy these campaigns leveraging your team & personal expertise.
- Platform Optimization & Integration: Oversee the selection, integration & ongoing optimization of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless alignment with CRM (Salesforce), ABM (6sense), marketing automation (Marketo) & other key tools to improve the quality of campaign execution & tracking.
- Inform Actionable Insights: Work collaboratively with revenue operations & data analysts to build the marketing inputs that flow into our analytics platforms & functions (MA, CRM, BI, ETL, AI), resulting in performance dashboards & informed business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Lead Mgmnt: Partner with Demand Generation, Sales Development, Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations to align marketing strategies & lead management processes, enhancing lead quality, routing & performance metrics.
- ABM & Sales Intelligence: Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Demand Generation teams to help build & deliver ABM insights to sales, including account level intent signals, first party digital behavior & predictive funnel analytics.
- Internal Training & Enablement: Train cross-functional teams on marketing automation tools, best practices & platform capabilities to support organizational goals.
- Budget Management: Manage & optimize the marketing technology budget, ensuring cost-efficiency & maximizing return on investment.
- Data Integrity, Compliance & Process: Ensure data accuracy & regulatory compliance within marketing platforms. Regularly evaluate & enhance marketing automation processes, driving scalability & efficiency across marketing initiatives & ensuring seamless operational performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within global B2B SaaS environments with demonstrated success in executing high-growth, scalable strategies.
- Deep hands-on experience using the following technologies: Marketing Automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), ABM (6Sense).
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing & customer engagement initiatives.
- Deep expertise in data management, analytics & reporting with a track record of turning data into actionable business insights that drive measurable growth.
- Exceptional communication, project management & problem-solving skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced setting.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets & achieving ROI on marketing technology investments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Graduate degree marketing, business, data/analytics, technology or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, SEM & SEO.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data integration projects using Marketo, including managing custom APIs & complex database structures.
