If you are an experienced Account Executive with deep knowledge of programmatic & direct response marketing, lets talk. Our ideal candidate is a tenacious, tech-savvy seller who is driven by the startup environments rapid-fire pace. Youre a natural storyteller & an even better listener who responds to client needs proactively, persuasively, & respectively. Your challenge will be developing direct (Primary) & agency-level relationships with executive decision makers at strategic brands across multiple verticals. Youll take on the entire sales cycle from prospecting & presenting to negotiation, contract execution & campaign delivery while collaborating with our in-house specialists.

Your Contribution:


  • Ensure detailed & accurate qualification of digital marketers or agency decision makers.

  • Build, grow & manage a pipeline of digital marketers & brands to meet sales targets.

  • Confidently present & evangelize the PebblePost value proposition.

  • Solution sell PebblePost by honing in on client & industry-specific needs, challenges & trends, while selling / up-selling to long-term uncapped budgets.

  • Spearhead the development of, dialogue, & negotiation around complex, custom solutions for digital marketers with assistance from Ops, Product, & other teams.

  • Effortlessly partner with a broad range of internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Account Management, Tech Solutions) to support the sales & campaign delivery efforts.

You Are/Possess:


  • 3+ years proven solution-sales experience from an online environment.

  • Fluent & conversant in omnichannel marketing strategies, the digital landscape, & e-commerce.

  • Driven, resourceful, & capable of opening doors across all levels.

  • Persuasive & influential storyteller of the PebblePost value proposition to any audience.

  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, with experience selling or managing related technologies & technology providers, including site tagging, ad serving, DMP, attribution & CRM.

  • Prior experience with Salesforce.

  • Strong communication, analytical, & problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter & team player, eager & ready to pitch in, help develop process, & truly collaborate with internal teams.
