ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reonomy is looking for a goal-oriented, driven & positive Manager, Customer Success - Support to join our expanding team! Our Customer Success team is high-performing in all that it does, & requires an experienced Customer Success leader who will continue to refine & build out our customer experience approach. You will be responsible for managing, coaching & growing our amazing, enthusiastic & fun team of Customer Support Specialists. Additionally, you'll partner with sales, product & engineering sharing product feedback to ensure desired outcomes for our customers while also keeping what's best for our business top of mind. You will create & use best practices to enhance our current processes & lead strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing retention with our customers.
