Vimeos Strategic Marketing Team is searching for a passionate & analytical Pricing Strategy Lead to bring our offerings to life through compelling pricing & packaging strategies. 

You will be responsible for the development & implementation of Vimeos Pricing strategy across all routes to market (self-serve & sales-assisted) & deliver customer-friendly, innovative pricing solutions to drive sustainable growth & improve customer buying journeys. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Revenue & Go-To-Market Leaders to align our organization behind our strategy & oversee the implementation of them. 

Pricing & packaging is an integral lever to accelerate Vimeos revenue growth. It touches nearly every part of our business & is a critical part of our customer experience. A successful candidate will have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced & dynamic business environment. This is a highly visible individual contributor role, reporting to the global head of pricing & compete.

What youll do:

  • Lead the development & optimization of our pricing & packaging strategy based on business goals
  • Conduct primary research & experiments to ensure our pricing & packaging initiatives solve for customer needs & drive ongoing revenue growth for Vimeo
  • Lead the cross-functional operationalization of pricing & packaging initiatives & ensure we have the right process to initiate & make pricing changes
  • Partner cross-functionally to enable revenue teams & customers on pricing & packaging changes
  • Monitor & measure strategies to evaluate growth, uncover friction, & refine strategies over time

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

  • 6+ years in pricing, growth, product strategy, and/or management consulting, with a minimum of 2 years focused on technology/SaaS pricing
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, product-led growth principles, & hybrid GTM models (self-serve & sales-assisted)
  • Experimentation mindset with experience running pricing research
  • Exceptional analytical ability to define & solve complex problems in simple ways
  • Bias for action - both strategically & tactically
  • Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions & to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders
  • Clear & compelling communicator

Targeted Base Salary Range:  $134,000 to $195,000 

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
