We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support several members of the executive team. You must be organized, solution-oriented, communicative & personable. In this position you will work with sensitive information & contacts, requiring the utmost level of professionalism & trustworthiness. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic & often ambiguous environment. To succeed in this type of environment you must be someone who proactively gets things done without waiting for instruction.

What Youll Do:

  • Proactively manage calendars with the ability to schedule & prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, & stay several steps ahead to maintain efficiency.
  • Interact professionally with colleagues inside/outside the company
  • Maintain & prioritize sensitive information
  • Prepare agendas & assist with correspondence
  • Help prepare presentations & content for meetings
  • Manage travel & expense submission

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Affable but outspoken when necessary
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments
  • Excellent email, written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, delegate & work under pressure
