The Client Engagement Associate enables ActionIQ customers to fully leverage the ActionIQ platform for their business needs. The Engagement Associate is the expert on leveraging the platform & will partner closely with AIQ customers to build their most complex business use cases. The Engagement Associate will act as the voice of the customer & work closely with all departments within ActionIQ, in particular the Design & Product teams.
Client Engagement Associates work closely with Engagement Managers to support all accounts & build relationships in order to push for more adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the customer on platform questions & requests
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies, testing, execution & analysis of Customer programs
- Partnering with the broader account team to ensure that all customers are successfully leveraging the ActionIQ platform to the fullest
- Representing the interests of the customer to call on internal talents to deliver on customer requests
- Helping to ensure Customers enthusiasm with relationship & reference-ability of client with prospects
- Ensuring timeliness & quality of deliverables to Customer & proper expectation management
- Working closely with the Product, Design, & Engineering teams to provide feedback to help drive the future direction of the software
