We are looking for a On-Premises Implementation Engineer who will be responsible for the technical success of our customers & enhancing the GitPrime experience. The ideal candidate will work directly with our customer's technical team leadership to help realize the full potential of GitPrime. They not only need to be able to talk to, & upsell the service offerings, but own the implementation when a customer makes the decision to buy or add features. They will work with the Sr. Implementations Consultant to deliver on the integration & reporting/analytics service pillars of the Professional Services offerings.

You also have a background in Linux system administration.
You also have a background in installing & maintaining enterprise-level software.
What you'll own:
All business & priority escalations for all requests living in the integration & reporting/analytics services pillar.
Being the voice of the customer in aggregating feedback to deliver to Product Management teams for future roadmap enhancements.
Driving continuous improvement into our processes & products.
Guiding both new & existing customers through high level questions with technical expertise.
Work closely & collaborate with other technical leaders across the organization.
Become an expert resource & cultivate a high level of expertise on the Pluralsight libraries, related topics, & associated products.
Experience you'll need:
Experience as a Managed Service Engineer, preferably at a managed cloud computing firm.
2+ years using analytics services & tools including BI systems (Tableau, Domo, Qlick) & technology stacks (SQL, Bash, Python).
You should know the following terms without looking them up: git, repo, branch, merge, continuous integration, ticket, sprint, story point, build, stage, & release.
Strong experience utilizing & presenting data to both technical & non-technical audiences, especially in the customer-facing arena.
2+ years in a SaaS Professional Services or sales environment working directly with services offerings.
Experience working with SQL database, with Docker, & also have Linux system administration skills.
Experience & skills around system administration & installing & maintaining enterprise-level software products like JIRA, GitLab, & others.
Experience with Replicated strongly preferred.
