The Client Support Service Program Office is responsible for developing & managing Strategic Roadmaps from capital investment planning to the delivery of solution for applications across the Client Support Services organization. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing programs/projects from funding through delivery by utilizing the standard project management fundamentals.
Provide partnership & strategic advisory support to organizations within Client Support Services
Ability to be an effective liaison between the Client Support Services business leaders, internal technology development & outsourced partners
Drive operating efficiency through initiatives that produce innovative solutions for optimizing operational tools used by Client Support Services (reduced cost of ownership/usage, highest return for investment)
Support the strategy & technology investment roadmap needs for Client Support Services
Support the Client Support Services Programs/Projects from funding request & definition through end user delivery. This includes justification, initiation, requirement definition, detailed project planning, financial oversight, risk identification & management, project execution & control, reporting, project closure, & end user service activation
Effectively manage portfolio of multiple, multi-year development projects with joint accountability to scope, schedule & cost
- 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 5 years of work experience
Expertise in requirements documenting, application development, & project management methodology
Strong project management background, Certified Project Management (PMP) preferred but not required
Proven financial acumen
Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment
Superior written & oral communication skills
Able to effect change through influence & partnership
Strong time management skills
Driven individual capable of managing manage workload with minimal oversight
Work Hours:- Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours which aretypically 8am-5pm but may require working hours outside of this to accommodate working within multiple time zones.
Travel Requirements:This position requires the incumbent to travel for work approximately10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit & stand at a desk, communicate in person & by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones & computers, & reach with hands & arms.
