Offline Performance Marketing Director

About the role:

We're looking for an Offline Performance Marketing Director to run customer acquisition campaigns across offline, out-of-home & non-digital channels, including: Linear TV, Streaming/OTT TV, Radio, Streaming Audio, Direct Mail, Print & other out-of-home media. The ideal candidate will have experience managing campaigns directly & as well as working with media & creative agencies. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of campaigns as well as identifying new opportunities for growth. Its critical that the Offline Media Manager be able to run performance-oriented campaigns that are effectively tied to company KPIs, while also delivering on our brand strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thinks creatively, enjoys fast-paced work & is motivated by success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of media buying experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Television, Audio, & other offline media for a direct to consumer brand.
  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing & interpreting data from third parties & adapt to using custom internal tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative campaigns that uniquely relate to a target audience
  • Strong copywriting skills with the demonstrated storytelling ability delivering relevant brand messaging.

Bonus:

  • Experience working with growth oriented business using multi-touch attribution models and/or Media Mix Modeling to understand the incremental effect of marketing campaigns
