The Customer Adoption Manager is responsible for driving user adoption of Dataiku's Data Science Studio (DSS) within a portfolio of Global Enterprise Accounts. This position supports the efforts of Enterprise Customer Success Managers & proactively works with DSS users around the world to increase breadth & depth of software adoption. The Customer Adoption Manager works closely with other Dataikers & leans heavily on technology platforms to support our customers. This individual's performance is based on specific metrics associated with customer product adoption, customer satisfaction & net retention.
