About the Role
This new leadership role at Confluent will be responsible for setting long-term strategy as it relates to Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion across our global offices. We are looking for a strong leader who can bring thought leadership, relevant experience, strategic thinking, & a track record of success establishing DEI as core to success in a fast-paced technology company.
This role requires the ability to influence & inspire others, develop & execute a results-oriented strategic plan, help lead organizational change initiatives, & communicate effectively at all levels within the organization & across global offices.
This position reports to our Chief People Officer & will, optimally, be based out of our headquarters in Mountain View.
