As Klarna grows its partner ecosystem, there is a need to enable our partnerships to more effectively market & sell Klarna's products & services. This role is responsible for driving sales enablement & training for Klarna's most strategic distribution partners.
As the successful candidate, you will create the sales enablement strategy, develop assets, & operationalize the approach to allow us to drive significant product & sales knowledge of Klarna offerings. Further, you will develop the enablement curriculum & conduct training sessions for Klarna's partners. You will work cross-functionally, orchestrating across products, internal sales training, partnership, sales & solutions architecture teams to drive this initiative.
Develop & implement the Klarna partner sales enablement strategy & curriculum
Work across teams to create sales enablement & training materials
Launch & execute a scalable partner sales enablement training across Klarna's most important partners
Track & measure the impact of partner sales enablement across participating partners & drive continuous improvement across partners
Achieve significant incremental revenue growth from the enabled partners
Scale partner enablement & training to a broader set of partners
Candidates should have:
5+ years of experience in training organizations at technology or financial services companies, ideally with experience in training partners
Previous sales experience; strong ability to sell & pitch
Successful track record of developing & executing training & enablement programs
Excellent public speaker & communicator
Strong project management & organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities
Outstanding writing & editing skills with the ability to write for different audiences, using different formats & channels
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams & stakeholders & across partner organizations
Possesses technology industry & partner ecosystem knowledge as well as a broad understanding of complex technology products
