Sharethrough is looking for an expert in programmatic advertiser services, to lead our sales enablement teams. This is an opportunity to play a strategic role, setting the tone for all communication to our clients, including on-going education, renewals, & support escalation. We have transitioned to a programmatic-centric customer base & you'll help make sure we can support all our customers. Reporting directly to our CPO you'll be responsible for how we handle all phases of advertiser support including proposals, deals, kickoffs, optimization, wrap decks, etc.
You will handle two teams - one that stewards the overall client relationship & one that handles all delivery & technical work including both flighting managed campaigns & technical troubleshooting for programmatic campaigns. You should be comfortable with creating organizational structure & jumping in at ground level when needed.
