Position Overview

Seeking a Financial Analyst to join as a key business partner to many of our critical organizations including R&D, Operations, & Supply Chain teams. This is an exciting role to join a fast-growing, innovative medical device company in a rapidly evolving environment. A successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing business partners & supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments. This role requires a self-starter with advanced excel & modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, & ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

 Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Support the financial forecasting & reporting processes, ensuring timely execution, accurate forecasts, insightful summaries, & business recommendations to improve expense leverage
  • Interact with business leaders to review actual results & variance to budget & forecast
  • Proactively manage operating expenses & headcount to help ensure organization stay within budget
  • Support the annual long-range planning & budgeting processes
  • Develop & maintain financial models & reports to support business unit's requirements
  • Lead ad hoc requests & be a resource for strategic initiatives across the business units
  • Identify & lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, & scale forecasting & reporting tools, processes, & methodologies
  • Partner with Accounting & business partners to ensure accurate month end accruals & reporting
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business segments, product, & KPIs to provide support & reporting capabilities to the organization
  • Provide modelling, analytics, & general financial support to the Operations, R&D, & Supply Chain teams


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • 2-4 years Finance experience, with strong working knowledge in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, & modeling preferred, ideally in a high growth company
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems & financial forecasting & reporting systems a plus
  • Ability to be flexible & deal with ambiguity to deliver results in a dynamic growth company
  • Proactive self-starter, who takes initiative & demonstrates a willingness to learn
  • Proven experience in challenging status quo & assumptions with an aptitude to inspire change
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to build & convey business insight
  • Excellent communicator & collaborator across multiple departments & all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement of systems & processes
  • High performance standards with high ethical values & confidentiality
