The Role

The Website Optimization & Operations Manager will own the Medallia website experience, performance, & ongoing delivery.  This role will work with demand generation, creative/UX & development teams to optimize the website experience & deliver continuous improvements in key performance metrics such as SEO results, visitor engagement, conversions, & lead quality.  This person will apply website experience best practices & ongoing testing to improve Medalla's website experience, create flexible web components, new features & functionality, including chat. This role will own & apply design, testing, SEO, site personalization, site experience, & analytics best practices for Medallia's web properties.
