Our roster has an opening with your name on it 

FanDuel is looking for an iGaming Marketing Manager to support our FOX Bet & PokerStars brands. The individual will help provide our customers a best-in-class experience, ensuring we deliver fun promotions & iGaming content to our customers. Youd be responsible for creating & managing end to end marketing campaigns for our iGaming products including Poker & Casino. This is an exciting opportunity to help define the direction of our iGaming business. 

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple iGaming campaigns, working closely with channel owners & execution teams to deliver campaigns/promotions to our existing customer base.
  • Help plan the marketing calendar driving key promotions & messaging at the optimal times. Marketing tactics will include branded promotions & targeted segments of customers. Channels will include email, push messages, on site banners & digital ads.
  • Report customer KPIs & analysis to continuously optimize all angles for the customer
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver new briefs & also help optimize creative performance
  • Help build & define synergies between poker & casino customers to drive higher brand loyalty
  • Help build ecosystem between social gaming & real money gaming
  • Review competitors to see missing opportunities for our brands
  • Manage & publish content on our own digital platforms. This includes regular monitoring & auditing of our platform content to ensure team KPIs on accuracy & precision are met, or exceeded
  • Continually audit customer journeys to ensure there is as little friction as possible
  • Work with the Customer Service Agents & the wider teams outside of marketing to ensure all marketing activities & requests are understood
  • Contribute to improving the quality & efficiency of internal Digital Operations processes
  • Work with the Product Development team to ensure customers needs are being met by existing & new products
  • Opportunity to mentor or manager junior members of the team

What we're looking for in our next teammate 

  • 5+ years of marketing or iGaming experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM platform metrics
  • Experience creating & managing marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Understanding of Email Service Providers & Customer Data Platform Technologies
  • Experience working with multiple marketing channels & compliance considerations for each
  • Strong organizational skills & effective prioritization skills
  • Basic to intermediate HTML skills
  • Strong iGaming knowledge & interest
  • Excellent at excel, pivot tables, reporting & analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Methodical planner & self-starter
  • Creative thinker & problem solver
  • Ability to build & maintain strong internal relationships
  • Experience working in a global company with multiple marketing teams preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure & on own initiative
  • Adobe PhotoShop skills desired, but not necessary
  • Previous poker or casino experience is a plus
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends & evening shifts
