We're looking for the next class of highly motivated SDRs to help us continue to move up market & become the default in a competitive market.
As an Inbound SDR, you will respond to inbound inquiries regarding interest in Carta, & generate meetings for our mid-market team. In this role, you will craft a great first impression to our prospects & customers over email, phone & livechat, adding value during every touch point. Upon initial engagement, the Inbound SDR will maintain active engagement with new & existing leads through creative follow-up generating increased interest & excitement in Carta. The right candidate will partner closely with teammates, both within the sales team, & cross-functionally, to increase contact conversion rates. This role has a direct & material impact on our business.
Our sales teams have diverse educational & professional backgrounds including engineering, bio-tech, public accounting, tax, liberal arts & many others. We believe in honesty, transparency, & educating customers above all. Our ideal candidate will have high IQ, but also importantly high EQ (emotional intelligence).
All SDRs, inbound & outbound, receive training on Carta software, private market finance, & equity administration along with ongoing training in consultative sales, client management, negotiation & sales operations.
