The Opportunity:

• Work in a highly collaborative fashion with the design, product, business development, & solutions teams
• Manage & mentor a team of designers that are focused on extending the platforms capabilities by building best-in-class productized solutions
• Work with the Go-to-market (GTM) leadership team to build the new function & define the strategic vision for the suite of products
• Partner closely with our user research team & support ongoing research projects
• Participate in design reviews & problem-solving sessions
• Work with Design Operations to continue to improve how we work
• Be an advocate for & an educator of human-centered design
