As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our hiring efforts to build out our second development office in Toronto & make sure our office is running smoothly. Responsibilities to expect will be scheduling phone screens & onsite interviews (travel arrangements & reimbursement as necessary), developing rapport with candidates for follow-up on next steps, & overall office management & functionality. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters & our engineering manager to ensure an outstanding experience for candidates. We welcome your critical eye & advise on improving our hiring process.

This is a fast-paced technology startup, & success in this role will be defined by an ability to prioritize, organize, & execute in a multitasked environment, bringing in candidates with a sense of urgency, & identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience & scheduling efficiency.
