The Role:

The IT Support Analyst will support internal customers by resolving IT related challenges (i.e access, pw, internal non-Engineering tools such as Google workspace, Okta, slack, etc.) You will provide Internal Customer IT Support. Additionally, you will provide Internal Partnership to support scale Reporting to the VP, Technology Operations, you will partner closely with our Lead, IT Engineer to support all Newsela staff. . You will be joining a small team that supports a blend of  IT Operations & Security.

Why Well Love You:

You have 1 + years of experience in an IT Support role, enhanced by your demonstrated success in supporting IT Operations internal stakeholders & have impeccable troubleshooting & communication skills. You have a customer-first mindset and  are able to leverage your effective communications & technical troubleshooting skills to effectively achieve, troubleshoot, & resolve internal team member issues in a timely & accurate manner. While not required, experience with scripting and/or automation is a plus.
