In a few words

We are seeking motivated & ambitious graduates to join our Customer Success team as Customer Success Associates in Paris.

Our Graduate Program aims at training & coaching a recent graduate from a top school/university in a 6-month program. The first three months of this placement consist of an intensive training program to immediately familiarise you with all aspects of SaaS, online experience, Conversion Rate Optimisation & Customer Success. For the remainder of the placement, you will assist a Lead Customer Success Manager on the management of their portfolio of customers & gradually take ownership of a portion of their accounts.

The goal of the program is to transition you into a permanent role in the Customer Success organisation with the best possible start to allow you to hit the ground running with a full portfolio, supporting from onboarding through to renewal & expansion whilst contributing to the growth of the company & your own personal development as you begin your career.

More about the CSM job (your mentor):
As a trusted advisor, facilitator, advocate & coach, the CSM's role is to ensure that customers achieve their strategic business goals & realize value from their Contentsquare product, ultimately translating into renewal & upsell of the client's subscription. The CSM builds & maintains strong relationships with multiple contacts within the assigned customers, including executive roles.

The CSM is responsible for driving adoption & utilization across their customer base. They also work closely with Sales to help drive renewals to a successful completion, & with cross functional Contentsquare groups (Product, Customer Services, Marketing, Customer Care, Engineering, etc.).
