How we communicate with our customers sets the tone for our entire relationship. Our goal of building the global platform for live experience relies on this foundation. Effective marketers develop & optimize campaigns using a data-driven approach & an iterative test & learn process- these are core principles to incrementally improving the business metrics.

The Lifecycle Marketing team leads the improvement of Eventbrite KPI's through the optimization of lifecycle touchpoints, strategic marketing tests & data discovery.  As a global function we support the regions with the tools & knowledge to be more effective marketers. Our team is the expert of aligning our marketing touchpoints with market, customer & product data. We love what we do.  We are curious, we measure everything, & we bring a deeper level of insights to our marketing machine.
You'll be the subject matter expert on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across the globe.  Your insights into customer segments, campaign attribution, channel performance & regional differences will enable our marketing groups to make more informed decisions.  You will be adept at creating data visualizations that help to create a narrative on our customers & marketing activities.  You will be a champion for us finding one source of truth. You might not be a data scientist but you are part detective, part math/data nerd, & part creative genius.
