What You Will Do:
Workplace Operations
- Lead the Workplace Operations team consisting of office managers, receptionists, & other critical office roles & functions, including vendor partners & building service teams, across CLEARs network of global sites
- Create & maintain the overall workplace services strategy & operating model, establishing the necessary processes & procedures to ensure effective & efficient day-to-day operations of each of our workplaces
- Partner with cross functional team members to maintain an understanding of CLEARs strategy & growth projections & translate needs into future workplace requirements
- Work closely with the finance team to create & effectively manage annual site budgets based upon specific site needs & workforce projections
- Ensure the successful execution of each office managers core responsibilities, & drive continuous operational improvement in partnership with executive site sponsors & site leadership
Executive Partnership
- Lead team of executive assistants & support their development & performance through continued coaching & feedback
- Create alignment on executive assistant responsibilities & ensure the expectations & needs of their executive partners are being met successfully
- Develop & maintain the executive assistant processes & standards; ensure continued executive partner coverage & support
- Lead the team in planning & executing large scale meetings & events
Who You Are:
- 10+ years experience in office operations and/or facilities management, including experience in budget management, contract negotiations, relationship management, & event planning
- Demonstrated experience leading & developing large teams
- Proactive customer / client service mindset & high service standards
- Strong operations & process orientation & organizational skills; passion for continuous improvement
- Creative problem solver & decision maker
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
