We are looking for a leader who is passionate about customer success at scale & driving product adoption at scale. This role will design & deliver global digital customer experiences to Autodesk construction customers. The focus of this role is to drive product adoption & user engagement from existing customers. You will be creating a digital relationship with our customers & helping optimize the customer experience from onboarding to adoption to renewal. Through development of customer marketing campaigns through various channels including email, online learning, webinars & in-product engagement & close collaboration with product & marketing teams, you will help customers adopt our construction solutions to be more successful in their business.
To succeed in this role, you need to be both a creative & data-driven thinker & care deeply about customer experiences. Ideally you bring marketing experience with volume accounts & understand their needs, challenges, & goals. You are an excellent communicator & collaborator. You thrive on having autonomy & are gritty enough to solve challenging problems that could take multiple quarters to complete. You're comfortable with both strategy & execution. You're willing to jump in when needed but always keep the big picture & our customer's goals, which drive Autodesk's goals, in mind.
