SUMMARY 

The Sales Strategist assists Sales Reps on all Digital RFPs & Insertion Orders for Direct & Programmatic Sales. This position requires working directly with other Sales Strategists, Sales Reps, Ad Operations, & Marketing teams to create the digital media strategy, complete any necessary sales forms, fill out spec sheets, etc. Sales Strategists liaise between customers & cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely & successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work with Ad Sales & Marketing teams to create media plans & pricing
  • Implement RFPs & Insertion Orders in Ad Serving platform, DFP
  • Forecasting digital ad inventory for RFPs & incoming IOs
  • Complete media plan templates & additional RFP materials including spec sheets
  • Act as the liaison between Clients & AdOps to get campaigns live & address any client spec, tag & creative questions
  • Help manage & sustain client relationships, develop deeper relationships, & explore areas of growth
  • Assist in creating wrap reports & decks by gathering screenshots & data, deck formatting, & implementing timeline
  • Translating campaigns into internal docs for Operations team to activate against
  • Manage 3rd party creative teams, for all custom campaign deliverables
  • Maintain organized tracking of live campaigns & schedule of campaign deliverables

 QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Four-year college degree
  • 3-4 years digital ad sales/account management experience
  • Eager to learn & grow in a media/sales environment
  • Strong writing & communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills, analytical abilities, excel skills & the ability to demonstrate initiative & work with minimal supervision
  • Pro-active, self-starter, great organizational skills including good time management skills
  • An acute attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, & meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent people skills
