Represent the Digital product for all of your assigned clients, which includes ensuring increased adoption, retention, & overall satisfaction handle new client on-boarding, setup & training establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client to drive continued value of our products & services work with clients to establish strategic goals, including defining key performance indicators, & support those clients in achieving their goals identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities be your clients' advocate internally, championing customer needs / issues cross-departmentally project manage every aspect of customer deliverables.
