As an Outreach Product Manager, you function as an expert in one or more primary user personas for the Outreach product, deeply understanding their day-to-day workflows, the context in which they work within a sales organization, the technologies they interact with, & how they use Outreach to drive sales outcomes. This role is responsible for identifying, validating & prioritizing competitive solutions within the Outreach product that provide real business impact for our customers & are a joy to use. You'll lead a cross functional team to plan & enable go to market activities & ensure new solutions launch effectively & are adopted.

The forecasting team's mission is to help revenue leaders drive better predictability, efficiency & growth, the key factors to any growing business. To accomplish this, they need visibility & answers to help identify areas for improvement & drive to action on those areas. We deliver insights on historical trends & active pipeline, allowing teams to see the up-to-date status of pipeline risk, analyze & plan future scenarios, proactively manage opportunities & leverage a collaborative, real time forecasting model to make forecasting easier & more effective.
