JUUL Labs is seeking aSenior Manager Region Sales Analytics responsible for data resources, partnerships, & reporting. Work output will be featured at the highest levels of the company with real opportunity to influence business direction. This role is ideal for someone that has spent time at IRI, Nielsen, a CPG company, or a technology company. Also open to former implementation consultants who have had people management experience. Specific responsibilities for the team include:

  • Being JUULs subject-matter expert for IRI Unify, Nielsen Answers on Demand, Tableau & other customer / scan level data sources
  • Assembling & automating a company-wide sell-through & syndicated data reporting suite
  • Creating executive & Board-facing presentations
  • Building out dashboards/trackers & responding to ad-hoc queries
  • Maintaining our categorys SKU-level database within Unify/Answers on Demand, & building a consistent product & customer hierarchy with customer objects within each tool
  • Serving as an input for demand planning, pricing evaluations, customer pitches, investor materials, & JUULs future-state data insights platform strategy
  • Understanding the universe of available data & prioritizing future subscription purchases
  • Managing relationships with new & existing data vendors (i.e. adding new SKUs, addressing data/hierarchy issues, negotiating agreements, etc.)
  • Attend Key Account appointments as necessary


  • Manager: 5-6 years of relevant experience
  • Quantitative undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution preferred; MBA optional
  • Experience at IRI, Nielsen, a CPG company, or a technology company specifically working with data portals, ideally in a customer facing role (internal or external); also open to former implementation consultants who have people management experience
  • Superior analytical & problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines
  • Relentless sense of prioritization
  • Capacity to clearly communicate compelling data-driven messages & stories succinctly
  • Ability to work both collaboratively & independently
  • High level of proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
