As a Senior Field Account Executive on Lyfts Healthcare team, youre responsible for managing & growing Lyfts most strategic partnerships. Youll join a talented team focused on one thing: using technology & Lyfts network of drivers to improve transportation for patients & members.


  • Negotiating complex agreements & exceeding revenue targets
  • Serve as the Partner Manager for a list of our largest healthcare channel partners, transportation management companies, & healthcare API partners
  • Develop trusted client relationships with C-suite executives, senior leadership & the operations teams at each partner to ensure alignment across the entire organization
  • Build strategies to help achieve quarter over quarter growth quotas
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with C-level executives within your book of business
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams across Lyft Compliance, Legal, & Public Policy, to influence federal & state regulation that enables more growth from our partners
  • Understand your partners pain points & challenges so you can participate in cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, & Product Marketing to influence the Lyft product roadmap
  • Represent Lyft at Healthcare marketing & tradeshow events


  • 5+ years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Proven track record of growing accounts & hitting quota, negotiating complex agreements & exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent written, verbal, & presentation skills
  • High levels of sales persistence, work ethic, & creativity
  • Ability to understand & absorb new information quickly
  • Comfortable with change & role ambiguity in a start-up environment
  • Ability to follow through on commitments & get things done
  • Team-oriented mindset & the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
  • Creative problem-solving with limited resources
  • Non-emergency medical transportation or other healthcare experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus
