The JP Brand & Partnerships Manager, is responsible for driving relationships with B2B partners to support the growth of Houzz in the Japan. This person will be the primary contact for key partners & drive initiatives that meet partners' business goals as well as Houzz's growth goals. The Japan Brand Sales & Partnerships Manager reports into the Japan Country Manager.
The ideal person will have shown evidence of consistent high performance at Houzz demonstrating best in class execution abilities combined with a above & beyond mindset in terms of what is possible.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
-Support Houzz Japan's Country Manager on business development & partnerships with relevant brands & organizations across sectors primarily on the B2B side (B2C side when deemed necessary).
-Drive local efforts to scale the professional community .
-Ensure that Houzz's commitments in a partner relationship are delivered as well as follow up on the partner's commitments.
-Coordinate with other relevant functions across the wider business (e.g. Community Growth, PR, Events) where necessary to maximize the partnerships.
-Identify new opportunities to grow partnerships & unlock additional value for both Houzz & our Partners.
