We are looking for additional research support for a client looking to develop their product/service strategy for the next 5-10 years in the healthcare space. The project will involve remote design research including diary studies & remote interviews, client workshops, ideation, evaluation & development of a strategic vision & roadmap.

Naturally, you have:

• 5+ years of experience in qualitative research 
• Skill in presenting & defending your ideas internally & to clients
• Enthusiasm for working in teams, but ability to self-manage
• Experience in the SMB (small to medium sized business) space
• Experience working on projects where there could be product, service or business model innovation
• Experience working with manufacturing-sector clients/ product devevlopment
• Experience working with professional research recruiters
