The Yelp IT Support team provides world class support for our Yelpers & are the go-to jack-of-all-trades when it comes to work-from-home & in-office technology. As a working supervisor, you will join the team in supporting Mac (60%) & Chrome (40%) desktops & laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony, networks, AV & video conferencing, inventory, on & off boarding, training, projects & more. You're also the local IT point of contact & escalation point to maintain great relationships with our business partners.
