Twilios Elastic SIP Trunking team is growing rapidly & seeking a Software Engineer to be a key contributor in making Twilio the most loved SIP Trunking provider. The person in this role will collaborate with other team members to build trunking features while operating & scaling systems & mentoring junior members of the team.
Twilio is looking for a Software Engineer who has a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects. They also have:
- 4+ years hands-on experience in cloud application development using Java/C++ or .NET technologies.
- Extensive experience scaling production backend systems. You can design & develop horizontally-scalable, resilient & performing-under-load systems.
- Hands on experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services, OpenStack or Azure.
- Capable of operating from conception through continuous operation of 24x7 services.
- Ideally, you have experience in a production DevOps environment.
- Experience working with VOIP Protocols is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
