ACX Training & Qualification Analystat Gympass is responsible for:
- Developing the overall training plan for Customer Experience area;
- Administration of the LMS platform;
- Application of onboarding & recycling training;
- Preparation & updating of the CX training track;
- Ensure the CX team is always up to date on releases from business areas;
- Responsible for communication between the business areas & CX;
- Planning & organizing training logistics (room, resources, & materials);
- Track & work closely with process owners to ensure changes to business processes areupdated/documented;
- Establish, implement & maintain the global training model.
