The Customer Success team is looking to hire a Program Analyst. This person should be an analytical thinker & customer advocate who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves & dig into data, question assumptions, & test new hypotheses. In this role you will use data to inform the strategy of how we interact & deliver value to our existing customer base. As a Program Analyst, you will work cross functionally with internal teams, & have the opportunity to interact with customers of different sizes.
