About the Team

Kickstarter's People Team is organized into four areas: People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, & Workplace. We work together to recruit, develop, & retain a group of people who perform at a high-level to bring our mission to life. Outside (and sometimes inside) the office, members of our team perform improv comedy, sing opera, & volunteer with nonprofit organizations. 

About the Role 

As Kickstarter's People Operations Coordinator, you'll be the primary administrator for key employee data & records. You'll run a tight & organized ship, pulling reports & executing tasks on tight deadlines. Working under the Director of People Operations, you'll grow your HR skills as you uphold the uniquely exciting employee infrastructure needs of an international Public Benefit Corporation.
